I am a mammographer and I have felt/touched hundreds of breasts next to implants. I don't similar to them at all. The majority are knotty to the touch and are not pleasing to the eye. About half of my shoot patients regret their decision. Interestingly satisfactory, almost ALL of my breast reduction patients say-so they would do it again. The other problem I have next to implants could be even more high-status. It is much harder to find a breast cancer on mammogram films when the woman has implant. The implants cover the majority of the breast tissue. The look close to big white balloons on the picture. If there is a breast cancer lower than that white balloon, you will never see it. If you absolutely are established to get implant, have them inserted trailing the chest wall. It won't interfer quite as much next to your mammograms that way.

They can be very chancy, so if you choose to get them, shift for saline. It is MUCH safer than silicone. Also do your homework beforehand with the size, type, and doctor you want.

My personal feelings is that they are more trouble than they are worth, but to each her own :)

Personal choice. I reflect the doctor should be well researched, botched surgeries are horrible and move off you feeling similar to your breasts werent so bad after adjectives.

I have feel fakies and they are hard and un-sexy to the touch. One woman I met said she cant hold sex on your stomache w/o a pillow. In comparison to very saggy breasts, fakies look better when not oo big but its a risk.

Can birth control pills kind me gain weight?

Implants don't consistency real the wearer or the being touching them, the can be painful and do not finishing forever so they will have to be replaced every 10 years or so. if you be aware of that you need them to breed a man happy than your doing iot for th wrong use. if you feel that you involve them for personal reason them conceivably i can see it.

fake makes u a flake. hold on to them natural andbe proud of them. not with the sole purpose that but if you go into a sauna you enjoy to wear 2 inches over the implants so they dont liquefy.

Ignore the first poster, since he visibly does not speak for all guys, even though he think he does. Natural or implants, they are both wonderful.
Just breed sure if you are going to do it, research both the implants and condition implications and research the doctor. Especially check into the doctor beside the board of surgeons to see if there are any complains or lawsuits against him/her. See their length on the board, and really gross sure that they can give you objects showing their work. Testimonials are great as well.

You shouldnt get breast implant. There are a lot of things that can walk wrong. Even going through someone really good. Natural is the process to stay no mater how small they are. You can tell if they are copied too. Im sure they are just fine the bearing they are.

Breast implants are unsafe and enjoy a chance of leak to eventually cause condition problems. Why have an artificial and potentially chancy object put contained by your body to make yourself look honest?

The safe alternative is to wear pad bras.

Why the heck would you do that? Here are some reasons not to do it:
It is surgery- they cut you- take time to recover
There can be complications - infection, loss of feeling, rock tough scar tissue, etc.
The larger you bring - the more you sag when you age. Small ones are better. Plus you know what they right to be heard --- Anything more than a mouthful ( handful) is wasted.

If you are considering doing it for a man, you stipulation to look at your self- esteem and this relationship. If the realtionship is so shallow to be based on your breast size - it is no honest. BTW- How many men do you expect would get surgically altered for you?

Don't get them they look spurious and feel fix. If he likes you wouldn't you want him to close to you for you.

I consider the breast implants are great solitary if you want them and not someone else wanting them on you. Don't do it for anyone but yourself. But overall in my personal opinion I close to them a lot! I don't know any perfect doctors, but good luck!
