Constant abdominal headache and hot flashes?

This all begin after I had my little girl...she's 8 months mature now. Im passion like crap today. I own cramps but my cycle ended finishing Wednesday. I have horrible steam flashes. Im 28 so I don't think its menopause? I hold no idea. I made an appointment beside my obgyn. I earliest appt I could get be May 3rd. Has anyone around my age experienced this after having a child?
