Douching?
is it a good model to do? does it hurt when you do it? does it even really make a difference? and if you so it, how normally should you do it?
sorry for the many question.i just want to know until that time i go doing anything i might regret doing.

No it is not a suitable idea to douche. No it doesn't hurt, the difference is extraordinarily temporary and if you do it you should one and only do it on occasion. My doctor told me if I get the impression like i own to douche than to use vinegar and water douche singular, But he recommended me not do it at all. Just craft sure to keep the nouns clean and dry..measured using bubble baths and perfumed soaps etc. Those also are not perfect to use on the vaginal area. I own found the best is mild soap and be sure to dry the area after bathing or swimming. Also if you are sexually helpful be sure to pee after sex to wash out any semen that may hold gotten into the uretha and wash the nouns and you should be fine. Carry some vaginal wipes contained by your purse and whenever u want to feel fresh merely use one of those!! The vagina will take strictness of cleaning the inside.

Douching is a really desperate idea; it messes up your colloquial balance of apposite bacteria and other flora surrounded by your vagina!Haha, there be an episode of Oprah once with a guest doctor who said "the vagina is a self-cleaning oven." And he's right; near's absolutely no call for for douching.
it doesn't hurt to douch. but you really don't call for to do it. your pubic hair keep that area verbs. never do it before a pap smear. it will explanation a negitive reaction to come put a bet on.

just do itThe Ob/GYN's utter that it is not a good opinion to douche. If I were you I would budge see a gyn and see what they suggest. The vaginal area is self cleaning. Thats what my doctor told me.

You should NEVER douche. The reality of the matter is that douche be invented by men who were affronted by the natural scent of a woman's vagina and approved to create something completely unnecessary to "clean" it.The FACT is that douching CAUSES yeast infections. I don't know if you've ever had a yeast infection, but it can be pretty prickly.
Anyone who says that you should do it does not realize the basics of the feminine body and needs to read up. Any gynecologist will explain to you this.

No, it is not a good perception to douche. The reason is because it cause your vagina to be more prone to infections such as yeast because good microbes has be cleared out.
If you are worried that you might have an infection going on afterwards I would like to recommend that you see your dr to hold this evaluated to see what they think could be going on.

Don't do it! Like some of the others have said it destroys the unconscious ph balance.it can take home matters worst. Ask your doctor I'm sure she (or he) would be against it as economically.It is a virtuous idea... Good personal hygiene is other a good hypothesis. Yes it makes a HUGE difference. And don't do it anymore than twice a week. No... it does not hurt by any channel.

I have done it since, and no, it doesn't hurt at all. It's freshly not all that apposite for you. Not unless you just plain out stink down within. Actually, douching is NOT a appropriate thing to do. Your vagina have its own flora of bacteria and wen you douche, you are "screw up" that little environment and are also allowing other bacteria to and so enter the body which could only further wreak problems like yeast infection for example. The vagina cleanses itself so in that is no need to do it...a moment ago wash yourself everyday and that should meet your requirements
