if you've bee doing it for awhile, your body may in recent times be maintaining on this routine, and you may have need of to increase your work out to see results

good luck :)

Girls/wemon please serve i am an emotional wreck right in a minute!?

Muscle weighs more than corpulent does. I bet if you had taken measurements of your thighs, butt and waist they would immediately be smaller.

You've lost fat and size, but gain muscle. Muscle looks way better.

Hey back please!?

I'm not trying to be mean, but I would bet you money that your not losing freight because of poor planning and lack of wisdom when it comes to diet + excercise. It is possible that you could have low thyroid function, and a doctor could tryout that, but its probably not the case...

You dont requirement lipo for 30 pounds, I lost 50. You eating thoroughly healthy doesnt expect a thing if you are consuming like mad of calories. I can eat able-bodied, but gain weight, so what your proverb doesnt make much sense.

Try this:

For your diet, just consume 1000 calories, no more, no less. Break it up into 3 meal and 2 snacks, and do not consume regular carbohydrates, only complex carbs, if you dont know what they are, look them up. Do not cut out protein or carbs, you stipulation both, and reduce fat. Drink lots of water, and do not enjoy carbs after 6PM, and try not to eat anything after 8pm.

Excercise:

Do something different than what you enjoy been doing for cardio, do an hours worth 4-5x a week, and engender it intense enough for you to burn at most minuscule 600 calories, 600 isnt much, so dont think I'm wise saying something thats crazy, I burn almost twice as much...

Do weight lifting 3-4x a week, yes its even for women, and its well-mannered for you and you wont get bulky.

You should be losing 3 pounds a week if you do things right, and if you are have any problems or its not working, WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING YOU EAT, AND HOW MANY CALORIES THEY HAVE. I used to do it, it works.

Also, you might want to consider getting a few supplements:

Amino Acids if you are going to workout, they will oblige the muscle repair itself

EFAs - Essential Fatty Acids, they are good for your heart and the body

Multivitamin - in recent times find a good one
