Should i be worried going on for this? sometimes when i bearing or run i attain this discomfort underneath my foot...?
oh and by the ways i'm in my teens so it's not approaching getting old pains
Answers: Hi, I go and get that all the time. Usually depending on the shoe and how tightly I tie it it usually drives me crazy for a while and feel better after a little bit. But for the first few minutes that I'm exercising it's butchery me so I have to try to put the pressure on the side of my foot.
It does be aware of better with persuaded shoes, so maybe try to find a double act or shoes that helps, find good support and not too tight. If it continues see a doctor.
do you own an arch in your foot. if so, achieve a new couple of arch aupport shoes. I have this exact same problem next to my feet. The affliction is so intense that I too find myself walking on the edge of my foot. I went to a podiatrist and she said that my arches are superior than the average person which routine that I need to wear outstandingly supportive shoes and/or use orthodics. I had specially made orthodics and can very soon walk beside less dull pain than before. Also, when I want to wear shoes that my orthodics do not fit contained by, I wear either Dansko's or Birkenstocks. I conspicuously can't be sure that this is your problem, but you may want to talk to your parents in the region of seeing a podiatrist. Good luck.
