How funny i am PM at the moment and what was i doing second night? cleaning the kitchen! i am usually a slob (terrible in act) but simply b4 my p i get this overpowering inevitability to clean and tidy it's resembling i'm possessed ,and i also have a manic burst of strength, my boyfriend likes it though, make up for the stroppy angry tearful bits of my PMT!

Constant cramps?

Its a prehistoric and hormonal piece. Our bodies are preparing us for a potential pregnancy and therefore preparing our home for a potential little one.

Yes I other have more spirit just earlier my period, comes surrounded by handy sometimes if I have alot to do. Weird isn't it?

I tend to go through phases a few days formerly, where within the morning I have to clean/hoover the house etc since I have a shower, so everything can be verbs at once for the rest of the day. otherwise I of late feel close to URGH. I don't know. perhaps that's only sillyness

Yes I do I also get really tired when I bring a period.So I construe it`s mother natures agency of telling the body "hurry up and verbs everything this week cause nothings getting done subsequent week".

Yes, sudden burst of energy but I don't necessarily use it to do the cleaning. Also tend to receive one day of soppiness, sometime of joy and one of tears formerly the devil gets inside me for a wk.

Yeah! I totally know what you mean. Usually it starts beside me being really depressed, over-sentimental, and extremely irritable, then I procure in a hideously fruitless mood, so I start cleaning like crazy, the desperate mood subsides and I go into supercleaningwoman mode for several hours, the integral house is spotless, then the headache comes, the cramps start, and its "I cleaned the integral house, will you run me a bath and present me a massage please?" !!

How exactly do I bring up to date if my hymen/cherry is popped?

now that you mention it... i have 4 sisters, and i surmise im the lucky one, i dont have any effects that time of the month, they newly come and go, no discomfort, no mood swings, nothing.. but very soon that you mention that,, ha ha its mad..
