All girls are different. Most likely you will be around impossible to tell apart size as your mother. THe best way to catch your size is to get measured. Go to a department store, or Victoria Secrets and they will measure you to gain an exact size. In my opinion, if you can crowd a size C, then the B is too small. You don't want to be overflowing your bras. It looks unatractive.
