Women might be more squeamish, and they don't know how it'll taste or be aware of. Plus, putting something in our mouth that is used to urinate can be disgusting to some women. If a woman reeeally requests to pleasure her man, she'll be selfless and do oral sex. But if she's egocentric, because it doesn't bring any pleasure to her, she might not be interested. More likely than not, it's a short time ago disgust, not selfishness.
