Effects of Birth Control on Lab Testing?

I started developing hirsutism at puberty. My dad's side of the family, especially my dad, is really dishevelled. There's only one other feminine before me, & she is unkempt, but doesn't have any facial fleece that I can tell. I have a lab test done to check adjectives sorts of hormones to rule out PCOS. I had be on birth control for about 3 months at that point. When the lab test came put money on, they were adjectives down the middle normal. Would the Pill own had that significant of an effect on the legitimacy of the results? I have asked this press before & peolpe write backbone telling me around PCOS. I know what that is & only b/c it is the most common hormonal disorder, does not stingy it is the most common underlying explanation for hirsutism. 95% of the time it is genetic. I have other had commonplace periods, (sometimes heavy), not overweight, low blood pressure, etc. No other symptoms except mild acne & fatty skin. If my hormones were peculiar, that would be why PCOS develops, but according to my doc, they are normal.

Yes, the birth control pills can alter theory test results.
