Am i the only girl who get the really bad munchies when im on my interval?

I was a competitive swimmer when I be a pre-teen and teenager. I get my first period when I be 12 and I thought my swimming days were over because I know I couldn't wear a pad and my cramps be so horrible, I just required to lay on the couch and die.
However, I loved swimming and so I used tampons and the exercise and being around those took my mind off of the cramps.
If you aren't used to tampons, my opinion is that you buy ones that have a soft plastic coating for undemanding insertion and that you select tampons that work with the volume of your extent.
Despite what people guess, pool water and the deep water is not going to come up surging into your vagina as the muscles do not allow for that to come up. So, enjoy swimming and socializing. The exercise will be great and release those endorphins which will trademark you feel wonderful and the cramps individual a memory.
