Pain when urinating?????

my friend is about 16 years old and she have been having really bleak pains in the lower stomache area and it hurts when she pees its be hurting her for about a few days and shes too scared to be in motion to the doctor could there be something wrong i know its not a std because shes a virgin please help im worried something like her thanks
