Try foods that are high contained by protein, like peanut butter, eggs, red meat.
For the workout, I'd suggest weight-lifting beside a program that evenly works out your whole body. In common, you want high freight, low reps. Meaning, use a weight that you can undamagingly (but feeling challenged) do 8 reps of. When that's too trouble-free, go up to 10 reps, afterwards 12. Eat more protein like chicken,peanut butter,peanuts,lean beef,cheese,cottage cheese,eggs,protein shakes. Also,it would be beneficial to obtain a gym membership and start to do strength training near either the machines and or free weights. Have someone show you a series of exercises that you can do ,possibly 3x 15-20 reps or whatever. I am a unpaid runner. I was into it in college,road races-totally paranoid but try to get away from purely running. I have a impossible knee too. Diversify,ride bikes,swim,bearing too. Lifting will start to sculpt you and the muscle will look nice.I havent eaten anything today and i am not hungry?
I dislike exersize exept for swimming and I eat lots and lots.I dont really gain bulk though.I was ten years feeble last month and im 5 stone .The sugar and stuff go to my teath.Thats my problem!ANYWAY if you have snacks next why not sliced apple and I have a underground for eating and it works.Its similar to a diet but its really just normalOK THEN:1.chomp through healthy meal and good sized portions of food every day
2.enjoy BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER and only 2 snacks a time.
3.dont eat or drink 2 HOURS until that time you go to bed
4.Drink not too much or too little of water
5.If you muse you are hungry it might actually be thirst or a stipulation for water so...enjoy some sort of drink(like water or sugar free juice)and lurk 20 minutes and then youll see that it be just thirst!

anyways, i enjoy a bad knees also, but just one not too. i run (cross country, winter track, track) so i do build leg muscel that mode, but hte coach also makes us do a bunch of crunches and pushups. similar to 600 crunches. and 200 pushups. good ones too. so i suggest that. and obviously everything everyone else said about that food. chhh, who have time for that? sure it might be nice to try but unless you make your own meal and want to keep a chart...because i know most of the time i own family meal and i dont really buy stuff from all food groups. anyways, good luck!
