I get my tampon in later 10mins l8er it hurts?

ok i went into bathroom wash my hands get tampon thought clming thougth dabbed a bit of hose down onto the endof the tampon ( people say-so it helps) it goes within for the first time ever woooo it felt a lil funny but ithik that be because it was my first 1 anyway i travel dowstair the feeling gos away 10 mns l8er it feel a lil funny and it gradually get worse it wasnt unberable it was just uncomfortble so i go and get upstairs and it was a lil stiff but it come out it ad expanded relatively alot but it wasnt realy wer the tampon was that hurt it was more at the bottom of the tampon y did it hurt? how can i prevent this from happening again? and wat should i do if this happen again?
btw i hav told my mum but she has no settle y it hurt ( partly cos she dosnt wear them ) please help

2 - you hold put it in wrong and its not within the right spot or not far enough in
3 - thieve it out try again but this time sqaut down and put your tampon in pushing it towards your bum deeply.

duplicate thing come about to me when i first wore one, im 19 now you'll take the hang of it after you hold doing it heaps.

u may enjoy put it in wrong. steal it out and try again. also after u put it in. use your finger to move it around until it feels comfortable. it sounds gross but i own this problem and this works for me. lso try using a slimmer, smaller tampon

Sometimes it can be very tight if you haven't gotten it in pretty far enough. Try to fashion sure it's inserted all the track. If it still hurts, you may have an irritation contained by there from the closing one, if it doesn't get better, a trip to the gyno might be contained by order.

Get the smallest size they own and make sure its contained by right... the tampon was probably too big and wasnt contained by deep ample.
