Cells caused by hpv scraped? What does that be determined?

my doctor said i have disruped cell caused by hpv that i own to have scraped of how do they do that? Does it Hurt? Should i own that done ASAP? Thanks

Operation pain?

If you hold HPV on your pap, this puts you at risk for cervical cancer.
The first step is to have a colposcopy. This is a simple organization visit. The clinician will insert a speculum (like they do for a pap) and near a special instrument, look at the cells microscopically.
A sampling of cell is taken (maybe this is what he meant by anyone scraped), for further evaluation.
Depending on how things look, there are several other procedures that are done to remove or annihilate the potentially harmful cell. Sometimes they will go ahead and do this during the "colpo" or it may be another appointment.

Does it hurt? depends on the entity. Some people believe a pap smear is painful! It will probably be more mortified than a pap, but very few general public find it to be terrible.
A cervical block (local anesthetic) is used if they enjoy to do any serious work in in that.

This is no emergency, and there is no entail to panic. In most cases, it take 10 years for cervical cancer to develop from those first abnormal cell.
However, there are some cases when this happen in smaller quantity than 3 years. We don't know who that unlucky person might be, so it's best for everyone to receive treatment inwardly 4 months or so.

Cervical cancer can be prevented when detected in the precancerous stage (probably what you have) and it can be completely cured when detected rash.
So, don't ignore this -- formulate your appointment and keep it and you will be fine.

she intended that she wants to grate the uterine lining to see, how much the cell have developed or spread. the scrape is done by special curettes (instruments) that will collect the specimen. you will be sore for a few days but it wont be too bad, and avoid wearing tampons or have sex after the procedure for a few weeks.

Im having this wierd discharge and im not sure why?

No it does not hurt it tickles for a time. You need to draw from that done asap so the hpv does not spread and become worse.

And use protection next time.

its single going to "hurt" as much as a usual pap smear might. and usually that doesnt hurt at all (tho i have have one dr that made me bleed like a full blown spell. i will not be going back to her)

are they doing a grate to determine if its hpv or do they know its hpv? hpv can cause cervical cancer, so they might be screening for that. relax, breathe. does it hurt? very well that depends on your definition of hurt. i had spots frozen past its sell-by date my cervix with solution nitrogen and that hurt a bit, it wasnt horrible but certainly wasnt the best entity ever. talk to your doctor more in the order of it. if it were me, i would enjoy it done asap.
