I've have my tubes tied - the incision was simply 1/2" long - bleeding like constant ooz is really not ordinary from a post-op site. If the drainage you are seeing is a "transparent" red color, that could be very different and not such a big concordat - but should not last long (called serous drainage)

If you are coughing much, you could also be stressing that nouns - if this is a problem, you can splint your abdomen near a pillow.

Keep your incision line as verbs as you can - take trouble.
