Children should NOT be allowed to masterbate, to be precise a sexual feeling not here to becoming an adult, not a CHILD. IF we do not allow ADULTS to hold sex with a child after WHY let a child masterbate?

As to age...it depends on the individual and how far she'll run. Most children feel the urge, touch the spot and disappear it alone. Some can take it to fruition. It basically depends on the individual and the surroundings/circumstance. Most parents will stop a child from masturbating "in the public view" and some children get a sense of shame. If disappeared to the task...it can come to an orgasm of infantile behaviour that can be mastered through the upcoming years!
