I don't know about how huge but I do know that they are painful.I hold one and it is oval in shape around 5 cms big and it is mobile that my doctor says is a honest thing.It be very sensitive when I first got it but near time the pain go away now I'm waiting for the cyst to jump away.Better check with your doctor to rule out any complication.
