17 (too unpunctually!) and so glad i started..i was afraid to put one within for the longest time..but once i got the suspend of it,and realized i have nothing to verbs about, it changed my natural life in regard to my period..in a minute i hardly even chew over about it.

don't listen to that entity who said tampons cause diseases..to be exact an ignorant statement.near is a VERY small chance that you could take TSS, but that is more predictable if you leave the tampon contained by for long period of time(and specifically unsanitary!)4-8 hours they should be changed. MILLIONS of women use tampons.and millions do not have adverse effects from them
