unless you are wearing the really large pad they made a long time ago with the belts or Depends, they dont show through clothing. I've be wearing pads for 8 yrs and no event what I wear they are not visible. I wear tight shorts sometimes I look at myself within the mirror and I see nothing. if your still discomfited, dont wear as tight of clothes during your week and you should be fine!
