Eat more foods high within protein. Typically the reasons vegetarian lose hair or start getting brittle nail is lack of protein followed by calcium. Results won't work overnight - it's going to transport a while for your body to catch up. Eat more beans, tofu and soy.

I have sex immediately after my time stopped and my husband let turn in me.?

eat a more in proportion diet, your body is reacting to a insufficiency of certain vitamins that it wants, anorexics and bulimics have matching problem.
it wont stop straight away but eventually it will help.
i recommend seeing a dietitian to bestow you a better balanced lacto-vegetarian diet

What is the aveage cost a year for nursing home?

Yes a balanced diet is a great theory, but i would also suggest Biotin, Vitamin E, Gelatin, and Silica (all can be found in pill form...and can be bought at GNC or VitaminShoppe). I started taking Biotin about 5mg and my nail are so strong now, they used to break well and were so flimsy, also it help your hair (it wont net her that already fell out miraculously start growing), but it does help the quill on your head to stay near (and i havent started growing any hair within any strange places by the way). LOL... hope that helps u out.

Puberty !!?

Lump beneath armpit?
