Good for you! Wish I could run approaching that! Nothing is wrong w/you for wanting to run. You're getting excellent exercise in all areas of your body. Can't estimate of anything better & I'd rate it on swimming which is suppose to be "tops". You are using every part of your body when you run. I give attention to it gives you the sense of being "free" & surrounded by control. Keep it up as long as you can. Just too bad more general public don't feel one and the same as you, there would be a great deal less sickness & more on top form folks around.

Your mum should be supporting your athletic attitude, conceivably she believe that their is a reason aft you running - u should explain it to your mum why you are running etc - and explain to your mum at least your doing something honest not takin drugs or slacking in other areas - she should come around. just take home sure that you are keeping up your fluids and eating rugurlary next to all that running. clutch care

I used to be a cross country runner and I know what your reaction. Your body produces endorphins which act close to a drug every time you run or exercise. If you notice you sort of catch depressed if you don't run I think you enjoy probably become an adrenaline junky. When I joined the Navy I be going through rescue swimming school exercising everyday and I loved it. It be perfect for me, but the time I be in between training. My rota was such that I be not exercising and it threw me into a depression. Well I lost my job because of it. When you exercise to the extreme it become a drug to your body the only one that really be able to let somebody know me what was going on be a female Gynecologist. It turned out I be suffering from a over-active hormone disorder. I found a cure for the problem, But I would not recommend it. After I had my first child my hormones leveled out and I feel normal again and I did not enjoy to run anymore. I run after my two year old immediately, but I do not feel resembling I have to run exercise all the time. Do not be in motion to the psychologist I would ask a regular doctor who deals beside hormone disorders. Otherwise step down your exercise to 30 minutes a day and do not stir full out for two hours if you think it is affecting you.
