What is the best bearing to gain normal cargo?
I have be underweight like since I be born. I'm not anorexic or bolimic (maybe I have be once, I'm not sure). I am 24 years old 5' and simply weigh 78 lbs (34 k). My activity plane is only moderate. I exercise 10min. cardio 3x a week and 15reps (2 sets) of squats near 4k weights 3x a week. I eat cheese and white bread seriously, 1 glass of milk after dinner. Eat 4x a hours of daylight. I still wonder what I'm doing wrong. Should I just chomp through lots of nuts and chocolates every day? I'm not into taking whey, protein shakes or anything similar to that. Please help!

See a doctor to come up beside a plan but being a underweight according to the body mass index is sometimes okay for your body. Don't decline for those 'real women' campaign.
I'm a nurse. Protein drinks and exercise. I would see a doctor first for the best plan that would fit your body and/or it's requirements.

Well, your BMI is very low. I be going to say that you should probably focus on building more muscle, and count just some solid, but you might just requirement some more fat. I don't know, consult to your doctor, or find a nutrtionist to help you.But my suggestion still remains, add corpulent, but focus on building muscle, meaning lots of protein rich foods, meat and soy products is usually where on earth you'll get the majority of protein, but near are other foods, such as eggs(the whites) are also rich in protein. For building muscle, it's usually reccomended that you put away 6 small meals a daylight, instead of three large meal a day. Two hours apart. Lots of cardio and I don`t know even try some weights (not too heavy lol). Because here are girls that would kill to be your size, so be sure you don't of late go drinking a bunch of junk food.
