What vitamins should I thieve to help beside hormone balance around my time of year?

Every time around 'that time of the month' I get hungry and exhausted. I receive so tired, I can sleep for 12 or more hours. I think I may hold something called PMDD but I don’t want to dance to the doctors just all the same. Is there anything I can lift as far as vitamins are concerned that may help lessen the mood swings and nouns around the week before my term. Someone suggested Vitamin B’s, but I didn’t notice them working at all…..

St Johs Wart and/or 5HTP. They are GREAT herbal supplements for hormone control. So much so that I used them for mood stabilizers when I didn't hold a doc to get Zoloft from!
