I just started my time of year nad i go to military camp with my class surrounded by 2 days what do I do?

I go to camp too when i first started my extent. You'll be fine.

Do you use tampons? For camp, this would be the most forceful. You'll be moving around a lot and sometimes pad slip and there might be escape. You should use a tampon, and you wont have to verbs about leak. but make sure you loose change it a lot. You'lll be surrounded by dirtier conditions than normal, and you should try to stay as verbs as possible.

Always keep an extra tampon or two (and a pantyliner, if you're on edge about leaking) in your pocket or something. Every 4-6 hours you can run to the bathroom to check and change your tampon.

You can swim beside these in, you can ride horses, put away, sleep, run, play, absolutely anything. =)

You can try pad but, a tampon would be much more effective, and verbs!
