My period comes and it dissapears! But my extent is been going on for 6 days presently, it usually lasts 3 days!! What is going on next to me?!

It's normal for some women to own their period later 6 or 7 days (this was the norm for me). But because you are have the burning and itching that sounds like you might own a yeast infection and this needs to be checked out by your dr to find out if it is indeed a yeast infection or not.
