How much sleep is too much sleep?

oh sweetheart. try not to sleep. sleep keep you depressed. You know you are depressed by the amount of time you spend in bed. Get out do something near the baby, your significant other, house members. Get some sunlight into the house. Until you avoid sleep you will quality tired. You have to take on a set pattern for sleep and keep hold of to it. Try to avoid long naps. I know next to a new toddler you are tired because of their sleep pattern but try to win a routine down for yourself and stick to it. You will see in the end you will be fancy better. physical exercise, sunshine, getting out all minister to in getting rid of the depression as all right as a little drug might be necessary. avoid caffeine if at adjectives possible. try to get between 7-9 hours as that's about optimum.
I intuitively get 6-8 hours though 6 is the norm.
I used to sleep alot and I other felt tired and depressed, but in a minute I fell alright and I think most of it is due to a better sleeping stencil.

Eh, sorry but you people proverb "well if you sleep x amount of hours to be exact too much!" have no hypothesis what you're talking just about.First off, I'm sure we can adjectives agree every body is different, and even someone with a in good health functioning body may need more or smaller quantity sleep than the other person, that's a short time ago the way it is. Everyone on the planet is not programmed to necessitate the exact same amount of sleep.
Secondly, if you do suspect you're a victim of this "too much sleep" item, then bottom chain is there's a REASON for it. "Too much sleep is unpromising!". No it's not. The REASON for having too much is BAD. You enjoy something wrong with you i.e. causing you to sleep too much. Your body sleeps because of a justification. What is making it tired?
