You need to see a doctor. How several days has it be since you missed your period? And did you own pelvic cramping with the bleeding? And are you sure it be from your anus? On your normal period do you suffer severe cramping, heavy, and irregular period? If so you might have endometriosis, which is a adjectives disease some women get that would also end in them to bleed from the anus? How much blood are we talking nearly? A few teaspoons or a whole soaked menstrual wad? If it is a lot and you are really sure it's not your interval, then walk see a doctor asap.
