They are of no use to any one.

Just throw them in the trash. They are not hazardous, radioactive or chemical dribble away, so it's safe to freshly put them in your commonplace trash.
If you have a cat or a dog that like to explore the trash, it could harm the pet if it eat them, so put the pills in the pouch right before you steal your trash out
