Implanon? has anyone get one?

I've to go and achieve the contraceptive implanon in my arm, i nouns a good concept but is it sore and do u still get your period with it?

my doc was great made sure i know all the info back he booked me in to enjoy it done. took 5mins to put in under local did not have a feeling a thing.

I have have this for year now, it doesn't hurt to enjoy it inserted in your arm, they give you local anaesthetic but it is discomfited. Your periods are impressively rare after that and one and only last a daylight or so! You have to enjoy it replaced every 3 years. Good Luck

I had one put within in January. I love it so far. My period are very markedly light and finishing only 2-3 days at the most. I love it. Plus you dont even be aware of it being put within your arm. The most pain that I have after insertion is light bruising... no biggie at adjectives!

I enjoy had one for 3 years immediately, and just in the order of to get another as I love it so much.
It didn't hurt have it done, but was possibly a tiny bit sore for a few days after, but not bad at adjectives.
I had no period for the first year, then they hold slowly returned to normal over the ultimate 2 years, but maybe for a while lighter than before, near less cramps too.

I had one contained by for 3 yrs then another surrounded by for just 1. The 1st one be brilliant & I didn't have a length for the whole time but a few months after have the 2nd one I was spotting adjectives the time & had it removed, I've immediately been on the pill for 6 months & my period are still not normal, if I achieve one at all. I'd focus hard going on for this as at first it is good but the long occupancy effects aren't so good!!
