Has anyone had problems beside breakthrough bleeding after years of birth control pills?

I have be taking birth control pills for about 13 years presently and have not have any problems with them up until more or less 8 months ago. My pharmacy gave me a generic of the ones I have been taking and I bled for going on for 2 months straight. I went to the doc for my twelve-monthly visit and everything be fine-no problems. The doc wrote me a new prescription and instructed the pharmacy not to ever sub my pills. So after a month of taking my regular ones everything go back to normal-that is until this ancient Wednesday. I started taking the active pills on Monday and on Wednesday I started have a breakthrough bleed. I called the doc yesterday and she say this just happen sometimes and if it happens subsequent month to call her back-they may switch my pills even though I own been taking them for 13 years. Anyone else hold a problem like this?

Can you slump pregnant if you rarely own your periods? articulate you have them every after 3-4 months?

It's happen to me as well. I've be on the same pills for over 10 years, and I have some breakthrough bleeding a few months ago. One month, my period last for 11 days, with mostly spotting on and bad for a few days after that. I asked my doctor, too, and she said it just happen sometimes. As long as you continue taking the pill you're still protected from getting pregnant, so don't move the schedule you hold for taking them. But really, as long as your doctor isn't worried, I wouldn't be, either.

How much agony does the woman feel during the 1st time of sexual intercourse ?

Yeah-- ive also be on birth control for about 11 years presently. Just this past year I own had my extent come a week early twice. And I bleed for two weeks instead of my everyday few days. I thought it was chance too but my doc said all is ok.

If the doc say you are good after you probably are.
