Gyne problem.?

i had my laproscopy ending year. Doc found tiny endomitriosis and laser them. We are trying for a baby for the second 5 years. for the last 6 months we be out of the country for business and I had IUI treatment which didnot work but the doctor said that I hold fibroid in my womb massively close to where my vigina ends. This explains the backache during sex. But my doc who did my laparoscopy here did not mention seeing a foibroid. the doctor abroad said its pretty big. What should I do now? I am so furious in the order of this.
