How can it be certain that a woman/girl is virgin or not.?

A couple of days before your length is about to start, you can carry ahead of the game by getting your body geared up for all the change. First of all, acquire some maximum strength Midol and follow the directions. Also, get yourself some ThermaCare Heat wraps- - buy the ones that read out Menstrual relief. Drink plenty of wet as this will help cleanse your body better...Lay past its sell-by date of anything containing caffeine. Use pads for the first couple of days.
Good luck

Every morning I get up up and I have scratch and broses and stuff what is the matter next to me?

Well I was going to articulate really painful period are common, until I read that you passed out. In that defence, see your doctor.

Very bad menstral cramp HELP?

since you hold a cousin with polycystic ovarian, do see your doctor, especially since you've passed out once up to that time.

it'll work out. don't be scared :)

Bras?

Wow, that sounds pretty serious. I also enjoy painful period, and I went to the doctor for help out. After a quick pelvic exam (don't know if you ever have one, but they aren't THAT bad, they're quickly thankfully), the doctor will probably prescribe you a birth control pill to regulate your periods and fix your cramps. You might enjoy a common condition call endometriosis, which my doctor is currently looking into. I was on Ortho Tri-cyclen and it help my cramps. I am currently on Yasmin and it is also helping my cramps. B.C. pills are also known to relieve with acne too, so it's a plus.
Ibuprofen and Aleve work like mad better than Tylenol (in the meantime). Your doctor can probably prescribe you stronger ibuprofen (800mg?), but that's for the doc to decide.

Hope my experience have helped.

:)
