My youngest daughter has alike dilemma. I suggested that she start with napkins because it take some getting used to the tampons. Some cultures do not believe in using the tampons, so that might be a consideration for some. As far as type and brand, you just hold to experiment with the burden of the flow and the demands of your cycle so you have the right product for you. That is why in attendance are so many choices... we enjoy so many different bodies!

Use kotex super or regular abs. those are the best tampons, they dont shed cotton they dont hurt when you take them out etc.Tampax feel like your ripping your insides out when you hold it out.
Tampons give you more freedom to do things and they dont stink approaching pads do and nearby not messy.
ask for a brand called "pearl" - and depending on how brawny your flow is .. start with regular.. they are amazing and are extremely comfortable i wouldnt start next to cardboard.. omg no.

i believe it's kotex tha thas put out a training kit. i used it within for the first time i ever used a tampon.first, i would only wear a tampon if you're playing a sport or something. they're annoying... okay for me anyway.
ask your mom. and if you don't want to. use a mirror and spread your legs open, RELAX because when you're rigid, nothing can move about up and spread your lips and insert it until your fingers tought the oral cavity. you might want to use an easy skate one or some kind of lubricant if its your first time.
DEFINITELY! Use platex next to a plastic applicator. Those were easiest for me to use when i first move about my period. I promise you will ove them after you use them once. You don't consistency it and you don't have to wear a mean bloody pad adjectives day long. Eww

i started mine at the age of nine, didn't start using tampons until age 15 however i never regretted using them they are much more comfortable -- use playtex clear sure u dont get the cardboard applicators and ur going to necessitate pantiliners and always serene wipes start next to the lowest flow size first then proceed from within ... good luck -- pad are freaking nasty and they engender u feel dirty similar to u have on a big diaper those who articulate that it hurts are using them improperlyMy boobs are too robust, and its causing?
Tampex Pearl. All the passageway! They're plastic and painless. Yeah...tampons are way better. They're seriously cleaner and more sanitary. Plus, they last up to 8 hours....while you own to change a wipe way more normally that that! So...I definitly recommend tampons.Tampons are very adjectives for a more carefree mode of living with your length. I've been using them since I be 14.
I would recommend starting with a plastic applicator type surrounded by the smallest size available (i.e., slim). I personally use Kotex Security, although I hear that Playtex Pearl is also a right brand.
Read and follow ALL the instructions and change your tampon every 3-4 hours or sooner if you enjoy leakage. You may find that on your cumbersome period days, a better absorbency tampon is more useful.

Do not be pressured into using a tampon. It is ok to use a wipe, I do not like tampons becasue they a moment ago arent comfortable. But when it comes to going swimming or something you are going to have to use a tampon. But freshly use the pad and put together sure you have it on right and dont consent to it leak or anything. Tampax have a package next to 3 kinds....one for big days, one for medium,,,one for pallid......they all come toether so you don't own to get three different boxes.....In my evaluation, and I am a mom who has a daughter who have her period, they are great.....sooooooooo much better than the solely option we used to enjoy...cleaner and no they don't compromise your virginity....but best to check with your mom and if she isn't around next to a trusted adult feminine.....good luck....!! It's not adjectives it's cracked up to be is it!! LOL.......
the brand is up to you but i would use the wishy-washy flow if you have never used them back they are smaller then the big or moderate flow tampons are......talk to your mom (or guardian) she may be capable of help you pick the right type for you

I feel more comfortable using tampons that a moment ago wearing a pad. It's different for adjectives females. I recommend trying different products but sticking with designation brands. There are different types as well. Regular or super, for bulky flow days. You'll feel more confident wearing a tampon too! I'd use something like Tampax pearl (with applicators). Those would be more comfortable than using one short an applicator or with a cardboard one.Remember, if your length is heavy (a lot of blood) use a heavier one. But if it's not, try to stick beside the lightest absorbancy!

Just use a regular pad. A tampon would probably hurt you since you of late started. I suggest maybe Kotex.

That's entirely up to you, but you should be aware that at hand is an absolutely huge miscellany of choices. I like to use the ones near the pointy ends since I think they net for the easiest insertion. Also be aware that it is important to find the right-sized tampons for yourself. Most tampons are developed to be most potent for women who wear a size 6; so if you're bigger than that, you might want to go beside the super-absorbant types, or even with pad or Insteads.
Will try a wad for starters if it don't work for you then use tampons. I can't wear pad cause i'll enjoy a heat unthinking so I have to wear a tampon. Their no that fruitless it just help yourself to getting use to.

I dont know if you should so precipitate on. wait till it get a little heavier. if you do though, you want the smallest thoughtful at first, and that is tampax table lamp. (in a purple box i think)Then why dont you.....Tampax Pearl are my favorite....not too big, absorbing and scented to it....if you are still a virgin i would stay away from them. Even though i never care about the full hymen thing and how substantial it is soi still used them when i was a virgin.
