Vitamins also back - B6 especially. Also copper, zinc, magnesium, and calcium are important to hormonal set off.
Perimenopause brings about an estrogen dominance problem. Do everything you can to limitation your exposure and intake of estrogens, and it should help.
I'm going through this too myself and I cart St John's Wort. You can get it at any HealthFood Store. I first started taking it for PMS as I found Evening Primrose did not serve me.
