Irregular period are very adjectives, especially when you're a teenager. I own been have irregular periods since I first get mine (at 14) and it turns out that I have polycystic ovaries. If this is the first time your extent has be irregular, I wouldn't jump to conclusions that nearby is anything wrong with you.
Stress can specifically affect your period. Also, if you've be experiencing dramatic weight loss or counterbalance gain you can lose your period.
If you're really worried, see a doctor more or less it. But if I were you, I would purely try and relax and wait for it to come spinal column naturally.
