I get my interval and want to jump swimming - abet, please?
I know I need to use a tampon, but the last time I tried to insert one (and this is degrading, so seriously, please don't make fun of me) it really, really hurt and wouldn't go contained by. I did try to follow all the instructions. I tried to insert it for twenty minutes before giving up.
Do you enjoy a recommendation on the type or brand of tampon or anything? And how to put it in? Or is near a way I can go swimming WITHOUT one (yeah, I know here probably isn't)?
Thanks. =)
Answers: use playtex gentle gide. i had like problem. they work great. try sliding it bad instead of straight up. it wont work if you are pushing straight up, so that could be your ony problem.
Don't listen to people who say aloud it stops when swimming- b/c it doesn't. I would use Playtex gentle glides. Just remember to relax, and to find the right angle to insert it- towards the small of your back. If it help you can put your foot up on the toilet, or even use a mirror and put it on the floor. A great trick my aunt taught me (She used to be a camp counselor, so she help a lot of people beside thier first time) is to lick the end of the tampon before you put it surrounded by. Don't feel bad..I remember have a day just approaching that when I first started. But the next morning I just relaxed and tried again and it worked. So the best article to do is relax because when your muscles are tensed up it won't go in. Also, I've other used Tampax...the smooth applicators make it easier. And make sure you hold the right size for your flow...you don't want any leaks in the pool..
use playtex sport tampons. they're made for teens and are remarkably easy to get contained by.
the reason why u couldnt get one surrounded by is because you need to relax. your muscles in that nouns need to be, well, flexible and relaxed to put one within. there are instructions on the box.
i recommend reading "the care and keeping of you". u can buy it at americangirl.com.
perfect luck!.
Use o.b. tampons, they're made especially for beginners. They don't have a plastic applicator so you just insert them near your finger. Check out the website.

just relax your going to tense your self up. while i be the store i saw these new tampons and they were approaching playtex slender? and they do the work of a regular tampon but they are just thinner. Take your time to insert it don't force the tampon cause ultimately u will shutting down up hurting yourself. But a good brand is tampon sport since your going to be doing activities appropriate luck..
lift your leg up on something and just relax, and breathe. if your fidgety and try to hard u might hurt yourself it stops in hose down
