Yes, you can own it after you have be sexually active. It fight 4 different viruses. It would bear a lot of buzz to have caught adjectives 4 strains. Even if you have caught one, it will guard against the rest.
Are you saying that 80% of 11 and 12 yr old-fashioned girls are sexually active? Where do you find your stats from?
Your teacher is right if you are sexually stirring you should not be taking the vaccine. It wont really do anything to you if you already have the HPV strain in your system. If you enjoy been tested against HPV and you are refusal then travel right ahead and take the vaccine.
