Relax! It is probably merely a cyst. Some women have copious, including me. They can be very sore. It is not singular!

It may just be a cyst. Sometimes the internal glands can carry swollen and sore ... I think the residence is "fibrocystic". If it varies beside your monthly cycle, it's probably a cyst.

We are matching age and I have have these several times. You are right to be checked but don't worry to much but. If it just popped up out of no where on earth and you are close to starting your period it may only be a cyst that will go away.

I grasp them a few times a year... they seem to be brought on by hormones and stress rank, or diet. I have have mammograms and ultrasounds and they have other been clear and the lump go away within a week or so.
