If your tampon hurt while it be within, you undoubtedly did not own it inserted correctly. (i.e. not in far enough). When you took it out, it be probably too dry and it pulled the inside layer of your vagina. Sometimes it take several attempts to insert a tampon properly where on earth you can't discern it. Keep trying!
