I would use playtex serene glide and unconcerned liners so if ya ever enjoy a leak u wont ruin the pretty panties.Also they label femine wipes. ALWAYS USE THESE WHEN U CHANGE THE TAMPON. It keep any period odors away and keep u clean and free of yeast infection

I would go for the unprocessed cotton products because the regular stuff that they sell contained by the drugstores have rayon surrounded by them and it get into your system and the bran get lodges inside . You can obtain organic cotton pad and tampons at health food stores and more progressive grociery and drugstores. I use pads..i tried tampons and it wasnt pretty...let just utter everyone saw RED...:shuddering:In most cases I recommend pads versus Tampons for beginners to procure them familair with the flow and their length in standard! However I recommend tampax Slender tampons for those who are persistant on using a tampon versus a pad.
