Any good diets out there?


any good diets out in attendance that wont disrupt my day? i am drastically busy all daylight long so most of the time i dont get a accident to workout. i do it when i can but usually i am too busy. im 5 feet 4 inches elevated and weight 140lbs. i would resembling to lost 5 to 10lbs before may 5th. its prom. dont verbs im not a health freak who is going to die if i dont lose some solidity. i am mostly happy beside what i weight. i freshly like to lose a few so my dress will fit a bit better. any suggestions? remeber i am drastically busy. i go to university and then stright to work and consequently home.

Try these simple things. This help me lose 50lbs.


-Drink a lot of hose down a day
- Stay away from soda and fried foods.
- Eat plenty of veggies and fruits a day.
- Try to eat a salad beside one lunch or dinner. (Romiane type lettuce not Iceburg)
- Remember this saying "Eat breakfast similar to a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner similar to a pauper." It really works.
- Eating fish once a week will help you lose quicker.
- Sleep at most minuscule 7hrs. a night
- Don't stress about your consignment. That will keep the counterbalance on. Trust me on that!
- Exercise. Walking 25-30mins a day. You don't own to do it all at once any. As long as by the end of the year you have walk 30 mins.

Try to watch your calories , stay lower than 1500 but don't go below 1200 or you will probably be contained by vitamin deficiency .
