I did, last month. I took Plan B right at Day 14 of my cycle when my husband and I have a broken condom. I was extraordinarily scared because greatly of what I had read said it wouldn't work if you be ovulating or had already ovulated, and I enjoy health problems that would prevent me from have a healthy pregnancy right immediately (2 heartbreaking miscarriages in 8 months and pulled off of TTC as a result). So I needed this to work, inadequately.
I am NOT pregnant. I had no hasty spotting or bleeding, but I got my extent right on time.

Lastly, I also want to agree beside others - this is NOT an abortion pill! If it truly worked as an abortion, the percentages would be MUCH complex and it wouldn't be available over the counter.

Yes it works, but you have to lift it quickly. 72 hours is the maximum you can dally, but take it as soon as you can. Also, find a reliable method of birth control, similar to the patch and condoms, so you don't have to rely on Plan B except contained by an emergency.Plan B is a backup choice. No concern when you take it it could or could not work.

The plan be pill is just to be taken within 72 hours after intercourse so it can be taken anytime of the month.
