Answers:

Period problems?

Yes. Depending on her age it may mean that she'll also call for to be on hormone replacement therapy. A total hysterectomy way removal of the ovaries and the uterus. The ovaries control the hormones, while the periods are a result of the uterine shedding its pool liner once a month.

I need to lose it rapidly without.?

yes

I come across to sweat around my thighs n under my buttocks, do u kno any remedies?

That is precisely what that mode. No more monthly visits from Aunt Flo :)

Depo Provera.?

No monthly cycle, but she'd better gain some hormone replacement therapy or you've have it buddy! A lot of women try to avoid taking 'pills', but they come around shortly after they have the 10th hot flash and dang close to lose their mind.
Best of luck to you!

Depressed?

Yep, I was near a woman in her hasty 50's when I was 24 and she have a total hysterectomy, no cervix or anything. It was resembling a botomless pit, I could get my arm within there almost up to my elbow. One of my better experiances though I enjoy to say.
