I know it sounds crazy, but I go outside within the sunshine and blow bubbles. And just keep watch on them float away, it's actually completely calming.I use to do it so much my husband bought me two big jug of bubble soap and when i'd get upset he'd mitt me one and say travel outside, plus they entertain my kids.

When I quality depressed I sit there and mull over about why I'm opinion depressed and question why I'm outlook that way.
