What would cause my discharge to be fleshy?

I recently found contained by my underwear a fleshy lump i 'passed' while i was have my period.. i be wearing a tampon at the time. it was a flesh colour and be about 2cm big it be just one piece, and rightly solid feeling. i am worried it is something discouraging.. has anyone have this or know ANYTHING?
