Is this menopause?

i am 45 and have ovecome deeply of stress and severe depression in the closing two years after my husbands death. i hold sudden periods of unhappiness and tears. it comes and goes definite quick. i related it to my history but very soon i am not so sure because it comes for no reason even when i be aware of happy and nought is bothering me. could it be the beginning of menopause and enjoy others expreinced it?

Your ob/gyn can do a blood try-out and let you know if you enjoy started menopause. It sounds like it. That's what happen to me. Also, I would wake up surrounded by the middle of the night sweating when it be cold in my house.

So sorry for your loss...I'd enjoy to say look at your history...your mother's history...did she get going signs of menopause at your age or there something like? Did you develop at a younger age (10-11) including menses? Sometimes those who do also go into perimenopause rash. My SIL was 40 when she begin. She's still dealing with it, 7 years subsequent.

This may very economically be from everything you've been through...check beside your doctor, he can tell you for indubitable.
