What can be done to dull bloating?


I've already had my time this month...but for some reason, i still seem to be to be AND feel bloated! What can be the object for this? Could it have anything to do near the fact that my period and horomones have be kinda off lately? Or could it be some kindly of food I've eatin?

eat lots of celery, stop smoking drinking, decline salt and sodium intake, hold the caffeine even from tea.

It's probly the food. salt make you bloat, try drinking green tea, it helps, you pee it right out!
