What do you women usually do if you are in a business meeting and have to go to the restroom?

Hold it as long as I can, and than if I a short time ago have to jump, get up and run.
men have to hold it... women in opposition should always run they have a legit excuse and from experience i worked beside women and the ones that hold it then travel when its that time of the month .then adjectives the men know she is on her period.. but if you other go a man will never know what time of the month it is. so as a woman other go when you have need of to.
