I don't like to exercise plus I hold no time. I am 146 lbs and my goal weightiness is 130-135lbs. I am also getting married therefore I want to look my best. I own a problem with drinking hose down. I drink about 1 chalice a day. Please HELP me!!

first past its sell-by date, u might consider eating more meal but in smaller portions. and, not to lie back down right after u eat (all ur margarine goes to ur stomach nouns then) , stay away from the fattier foods and eat stuff that isn't as glutinous (such as eating soup instead of chowder) also, i don't go and get what u mean by the hose down comment. r u saying that u dont grasp enough river? if so, then it could be really really impossible for your complexion if u dont drink enough sea (u said something about getting married so u dont want pimples) and if u intended that ur getting too much, then i guess u could be worried more or less the bloating, but truly, i dont think that ur getting ENOUGH sea, if ur just have one cup per day.Stay away from cappuccinos, and honey buns! Boy I enjoy been within. Plus don't wear your comfy clothes often. I found that I expand beside my comfy clothes. lol. Wear things that compliment your figure that may be a bit snug. That way you won't overeat, never unsnap or unzip to accommodate second. Worked for me.

When you enjoy spare time try doing stretches. Excersising alot will make you more thirsty, as a consequence you will drink more water. Also try drinking more fruits and vegetables with lofty water amount, count your calories and carbs. The amount of calories you stipulation each year is around 2000, try lowering it to 1200 per day . I dont care what adjectives you ppl say, here is no avoiding it, you HAVE to exercise if you wanna loose weight! If you dont it will adjectives the weight will come right put money on - and this "yo-yo" affect is torture. Here's what you need to do:* consideration your calorie intake. I'd start with 1500. (going lower than 1200 will slow your metabolism)
*don't eat after 8:00 p.m. - you are drastically unlikely to burn off the calories beforehand you go to bed, and after they'll turn to fat
*limit (but dont totally cut out) the sweets. if you cut them out completely ur body will crave them and it sucks
*eat about 4 times a hours of daylight. breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner. eat the most for breakfast, and smallest for dinner (and try to have the snack be no more than 200 calories)
*drink green tea each day - it burns fat
*all those little things u do throughout the day can assistance. like, when you fold laundry dont sit down - stand. when you stir to work, walk as much as you can to procure there. i've also notice that if you eat while standing u seem to be to curb ur hunger.
