Bleeding between periods?

I am 30 years old. I am married (monogamous), later pap was typical and no STDs. For the past year or so I own had brown spotting roughly speaking 1 week after my period, but the concluding couple of months, I am spotting bright red (fresh) blood. I am very concerned in the order of this and I know I should see a doctor, but wanted to know if anyone else have experienced this. Could it be ovarian cancer? Could I be having symptoms of rash menopause? I am slightly overweight and wondered if that could have any effect on my period. Thanks in credit for your help. Serious answers singular please.

Is spotting normal when you first achieve on the pill?

I've had that problem for years, some months it's worse than others due to stress, excluding that I am not too worried about it anymore because i've have it for so long. I had a leap procedure 4 years ago and that didn't assistance so I just didn't be in motion back to the doc, I know I should but everytime I budge they just disappear me in more dull pain.

I wouldn't worry around it if your pap was ordinary.
